Phillip is a meticulous craftsman whom I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. His attention to detail and vast horological knowledge is second to none. He repaired our heirloom, Vienna regulator chimer, which had been previously, poorly 'repaired' by another clock repairer, rectified that person's botched attempt and was happy to give instructions on resetting and co-ordinating the hands and chimer.I'm very happy to give Phillip 5 stars, and more if they were available.

Phillip has just restored my Bracket clock and it is running beautifully. Did not run at all before - now chiming and keeping time perfectly. Highly recommended if you have a timepiece that needs work or cleaning etc. Thanks Phillip!

Personally this is my favourite store.Customer service is always five star ! Products are high quality ! Very fair pricing And they don’t rip you off like other places I’ve been to !! Was served instantly and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Awesome service replaced battery and set day, date and time within 10 minutes while prouds in same shopping centre said 8 weeks as they don't do instore. Appreciate the great service mate
